Keeping up my end of the bargain

Well..... I haven't been keeping up my end of the bargain and created an entry once a week. I haven't even been knitting that much. However, only one more ball and I will have completed the pink blossom blanket (8 balls for one large receiving blanket).

The postman has been very good to me this week. I received a complete surprise from a family friend the bag book from Knitters XRX and a ball of Japanese yarn that will be great to run with something for a scarf. My habu kit was finally delivered; it will be a wonderful cardigan. However, you have to see the yarns. I will be knitting 2 threads (stainless steel) with VERY THIN wool. Amazingly the kit calls for US 8's so it won't be too bad. I also received yarn from the yarn fairy godmother in France Becky for a layette set and some Phil Ruban for either a tank or a tunic still deciding.....

So this is what I have been spending my time researching... cloth diapers, nursery necessities, baby toiletries. As crazy as it sounds, I think I am going to use cloth diapers. We will see how that works. If anyone has any tips or suggestions please feel free to send them in I need all the help I can get. Oh and we started childbirth classes, hrmmm I think it made me more panicked after watching the films but it had the opposite effect on my husband. He now thinks he can handle it no problem.... we'll see. I just can't wait till my leave in 4 weeks.
